We realize how important vision is four our patients. We also know you don’t like to run from office to office to get what you need if you don’t have to. That’s why we’ve partnered with the leading provider of teleophthalmology to provide routine eye exams and screening services right from within our clinic from top tier, board certified ophthalmologists.
Here’s how we’re doing eye care differently from your traditional primary care office:
If you have diabetes, we want to make sure you get your annual eye screening exam, and we’ll do it right on site! You’ll get your results within 1-2 days so that we know if your diabetes is impacting your vision.
If you have a history of high blood pressure or a family history of glaucoma, we’ll get you screened for eye diseases that are unique to you—retinopathy and glaucoma—to help you keep your eyes healthy.
If you have HIV/AIDS, it’s important that you get annual eye exams to make sure that the your eyes are healthy and free from HIV related retinal disease that can lead to blindness.
If you’re over the age of 40, we’ll check your eye pressure, visual acuity, review images of your retina to make sure that your eyes are healthy, and screen for cataracts.
